Christi Hancock, Front Desk Manager & Executive Assistant

Christi joined Summit in November 2020 as a Front Desk Manager and Executive Assistant. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University. She has extensive experience in client services and administrative support.
Christi supports our clients in person as the first point of contact in our office and is responsible for scheduling, payment and billing.  She collaborates with clinicians and staff, executing diverse administrative duties so they can best serve their clients.
Christi stays busy with her husband, two children, and their dog. She loves outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, paddling on the river, and going to the beach.  She also enjoys exercising and learning about health and wellness.
