She received her Master of Social Work from Boston College in 2023. She completed her graduate internship at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA. She has experience in schools, inpatient, and outpatient settings working with clients across the lifespan.
Sarah works with children, adolescents, and parents, specializing in behavioral challenges, autism, anxiety, depression, and OCD. She utilizes a strengths-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to support her clients, tailoring treatment to each individual. Sarah is trained in utilizing the SPACE model (Supportive Parenting in Anxious Childhood Emotions) to work with children and families.
Sarah uses a collaborative approach to therapy and believes that people heal through relationships. She partners with her clients and their support systems (caregivers, schools) to support them as they grow and change.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping, yoga, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
