Ali joined Summit Emotional Health as Psychiatric Coordinator in April of 2024. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University with summa cum laude distinction. Prior to joining Summit, she has worked with several local private practice mental health agencies.
Ali is a passionate LGBTQ+ and mental health advocate, and is guided by a commitment to empower clients. She strongly emphasizes the importance of reducing the stigma surrounding mental health challenges, believing that everyone deserves understanding and support on their path to wellbeing.
In her free time, Ali enjoys traveling, live music, reading, and spoiling her dog, Freddie Mercury.
